DP3 Architects, Ltd. is pleased to announce they will relocate to new office space to accommodate the growing firm. The architecture and interior design firm will be moving to the Wells Fargo Center in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC. The move, set to occur December 2017, will be a notable change after being in their current 1890’s Greenville Gas and Electric Light Company building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, for 17 years.

Michael Taylor, Managing Principal said, “After a three-year search for the right space, we are thrilled with the location, flexibility, and opportunity for growth that the Wells Fargo Center provides.” DP3 Architects is designing the new space at 15 South Main Street, taking conventional office space and transforming it into an unconventional collaborative workplace. “Our new office space is 30 percent larger than our current office and will offer fresh and trend-setting design, open layout that encourages a collaborative work model, and cutting-edge technology. The space will support our continued growth and provide an inspiring work environment for current and future team members.” said Meg Terry, Principal and VP of Business Development.

DP3 Architects has also been retained by building owner, Caprocq Greenville, LLC; brokerage and property management services, Colliers International; and project management services, LCK to design innovative and modern spaces throughout the building. The redevelopment will include a dramatic facelift to the main lobby and each floor lobby. Onsite retail and restaurants will receive new exposed storefront entrances and a proposed news stand will feature daily conveniences for tenants; transforming the atmosphere from office building to mixed-use centerpiece. “The Wells Fargo Center is a premier downtown building in the center of Main Street.
