110 North Kitchen + Commissary Ribbon Cutting

The City of Anderson celebrated the official opening of 110 North Kitchen + Commissary on Thursday, February 29th, 2024 during a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

This project is a shared top-of-the-line commercial kitchen available to entrepreneurs who need space for food preparation. The 2,500-square-foot space aims to serve as a vital resource for bakers, cooks, food truck owners, and farmers looking to expand their business footprint without the immediate investment in a brick-and-mortar location.

City of Anderson Mayor, Terrence Roberts, kicked off the ceremony by expressing his enthusiasm for the positive impact that 110 North Kitchen + Commissary will have on the local economy and its culinary landscape. The kitchen incubator project will offer state-of-the-art facilities, including shared kitchen spaces, commissary services, and support programs to help culinary entrepreneurs grow and succeed. This venture aligns with the city’s commitment to promoting economic development, fostering innovation, and building a strong sense of community.
