The new MetroConnects Campus Headquarters in Mauldin, SC, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the organization’s expanding operations and commitment to sustainable water and wastewater management. The $32 million campus will consolidate MetroConnects’ administrative, operational, and maintenance functions into a single, efficient location.

Key features include an administration building, an operations and maintenance facility, and ample covered storage to house essential equipment. The design emphasizes functionality, collaboration, and sustainability, ensuring MetroConnects can continue to serve over 100,000 customers across Greenville County while maintaining 1,500 miles of infrastructure.
