Their fast casual BBQ business model is expanding rapidly with goals to expand to every corner of Texas with their franchising partnership opportunities. No matter the size of their vision, Smokey Mo’s BBQ is committed to staying true to their brand across multiple locations by consistently providing a fast, friendly, and delicious BBQ experience for their guests.

DP3 Architects collaborated with Smokey Mo’s BBQ to develop a fast-casual restaurant prototype that will provide a kit-of-parts for future locations. The design presents a simple palette utilizing rustic finishes and wall graphics that will provide an easily recognizable brand wherever development takes them.

Each location will reflect the Smokey Mo’s BBQ brand and their commitment to their craft of BBQ and Texas hospitality. DP3 Architects has valued the client’s clear vision for the guest experience and their creativity to deliver a welcoming, industrial design for the restaurant concept.
