Applebee’s

DP3 Architects is currently working with Apple American Group as director of the prototype and site adapt projects in numerous locations across the country.  Between 1986 and 2002, DP3 Architects completed the design for over 250 Applebee’s locations nationwide for the largest franchisee of the brand at the time, Apple South. Projects included free-standing prototype buildings as well as tenant upfits.

DP3 led the design team that created a smaller, 4,200-square-foot prototype for the franchisee that enabled them to introduce the brand to non-traditional casual dining markets.
