IPS Packaging & Automation is a family-owned and operated business that specializes in supplying customers with comprehensive packaging solutions. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, they are a nationwide leader in packaging products, equipment, and service. IPS recently relocated its headquarters to Class A office space located within Brookfield Parkway. Formerly a call center, DP3 Architects in partnership with Creative Builders renovated the space to accommodate all of IPS’ functional needs and designed a compelling work environment.

From the moment employees and clients step inside, they are greeted with a bright, modern, and professional space. The large-format tile desk makes a statement at the entrance and moving on throughout the space, clean lines and IPS blue are featured to compliment and boost the company’s brand identity.

The combination of open and private office spaces foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration. A dedicated training room is included, designed for interactive learning sessions, employee development, and on-boarding. The break room is a highlight of the office, designed to be a comfortable and welcoming space for employees to relax and socialize throughout the work day. Overall, this new office has provided IPS with an updated work environment as the company continues to grow.
