Patrick Square, a traditional neighborhood development, is a master planned community in Clemson, SC. This unique community is integrated in such a way that residents and visitors can walk everywhere and the homes, town center, architecture, activities, and families combine to create a thoroughly unique sense of place.

DP3 Architects has worked with Patrick Square to design a new multi-tenant, two-story spec mixed-used building of approximately 24,000 square feet in the middle of this growing neo-traditional community. The Patrick Square Town Center is a regional destination with best-in-class restaurants, shops, and businesses situated in a safe, vibrant, and walkable setting. Everything here is connected around a central square—the Village Green—that serves as the gathering spot for the greater Clemson community. The latest addition to this space is Clemson’s first brewery, Kite Hill Brewing Co.

This brewery is founded by Clemson University alumni and features small batch beers and small plates. The beer garden stacked with lawn games is sure to serve as a family friendly gathering space for residents and visitors. Swing by and try a brew!
