Pelham Links Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

In 2009, DP3 Architect provided services to design a 7,963-square-foot facility in Simpsonville, SC featuring a modern approach to traditionally rustic design.  Due to the success of this partnership, Pelham Links Dentistry turned to DP3 Architects again when the need for an additional facility in Greenville, SC arose in 2013.

The new 13,000-square-foot facility was built utilizing a design-build approach with Mavin Construction.  The exterior design draws from the modern rustic design of the Simpsonville facility and features and grand entry tower.  The two-story lobby lends itself to a spa atmosphere, complete with a stone wall and water wall element.  The project includes 16 hygiene operatories and  2 surgery operatories; and services 4 dentists. The building serves as the main office for the growing dental practice in upstate South Carolina.
