Transcom

Transcom, a global customer-experience specialist providing customer service and sales has selected Greenville, SC for their first North American operation. This initiative is slated to create at least 450 new jobs here in the Upstate.

The new Greenville operations is located at 650 Executive Center Drive.

DP3 Architects partnered with Transcom to transform the 33,000 square feet of usable space. The DP3 Interiors Studio crafted the design to utilize soft and smooth lines and materials and thoughtful color blocking. The interior architecture creates a fun and engaging environment for future employees.

The new layout includes open workstation spaces, training rooms, conference rooms, offices, and breakrooms. Transcom will be using a hybrid model for the new Greenville location, with opportunities for employees to work from home or in the office. The interiors are being strategically designed to build the brand and office culture. Today, modern offices prioritize flexible spaces and offer fresh welcoming designs that encourage communication, collaboration, and productivity. This includes the use of flex spaces to accommodate different work styles and collaborative opportunities.
