DP3 Architects’ latest collaboration with Twin Peaks is located in Fort Mill, SC. This marks the brand’s first location in Fort Mill, the fourth in South Carolina, and the 114^th location overall. As Twin Peaks continues its impressive growth, sports fans and food lovers in Fort Mill will now have a new go-to spot for enjoying their favorite games and meals.

This new location embraces the brand’s signature lodge aesthetic, characterized by its exposed timber beams, stone accents, and warm wood finishes. These natural elements are complemented by state-of-the-art amenities, ensuring a cozy yet contemporary environment for guests. The open floor plan and al fresco dining options allow patrons to enjoy sports events on multiple large screens strategically placed throughout the restaurant.

DP3 Architects and the hospitality studio worked closely with Twin Peaks to ensure the design embodied the brand’s core identity while addressing local needs and regulatory requirements.
